Service Description

-Every Maxus inspection will include a thorough interior and exterior inspection for entry points and signs of damage ​ -We will search garage and attic space if needed ​ -Any entry points found into the home will be clearly communicated with measures needed in order to fix the damage ​ -We will provide an exclusion service if damage is determined to be fixable, for an addition cost of $50 per entry point ​ -Service also includes up to 6 Rat/Mouse Snap Traps and Glue Boards that are set up within the attic crawl space, garage or interior of the home -This service include 3 follow up visits to remove and or replace/reset traps. -Following the last check-up visit we will discuss with you options for monthly monitoring for set traps and bait station needed to control rodents from exterior starting at $50 per month -Each Rodent bait station has a one-time $20 set up fee per box -Plan price for a house up to 2500SQFT
